My order didn’t go through but money came out of my account

Sometimes our system will flag an issue. If your order hasn’t gone through and there has been an error but you can see a transaction in your ‘Pending Transaction’ at your bank, don’t worry, we haven’t taken any money. This is just a hold in your account and will clear within 3 working days.


What if the item is faulty/return policy?

Our products go through multiple checks before being shipped out. If it does happen that something arrives faulty then please contact us and we can arrange a refund or a new item to be dispatched.

How much profit will I make?

The amount of profit you can make from your merch will depend on the pricing plan and upfront cost.


What if I don’t have a design?

We are currently recruiting illustrators to offer a design service for artists. This will allow you to acquire a merch design ready to get printed!


When will I get paid?

We wait for there to be a certain amount in your account (around £40) before we send out any payments. If you like to get paid before then feel free to drop us a message and we can arrange a payment for you.


I want to update my design – how can I do this?
